PHASE I

The First Phase of Aspen Green Garden spans about 10.5 acres, divided into 28 individual units, each measuring around 30 cents.

Each unit is well networked by roads of 40 & 30 feet wide. The Aspen landscape can be approached from the Coimbatore-Narasipuram Main Road by a main panchayat road (Devarayapuram-puttur road)

Aspen Green is entirely fenced and well protected 24 X 7 by a team of Security personnel.

Flora : 25 Varieties of Trees, Various kinds of Fruits and Flowers have been planted in each unit and the Aspen Green Garden Management is maintaining them for the last five years with reasonable Annual Maintenance Charges.

The Second Phase of Aspen Green Garden spans about 3.29 acres, divided into 11 individual units, each measuring around 22 to 30 cents.

Each unit is well networked by roads of 40 & 30 feet wide. The Aspen landscape can be approached from the Coimbatore-Narasipuram Main Road by a main panchayat road (Devarayapuram-putthur road)

Aspen Green is entirely fenced and well protected 24 X 7 by a team of Security personnel.
