The promoters M/s. Kannan and Senthil kumar are veterans in this ambit with a combined experience of more than 30 years.

Senthil kumar, an enterprising entrepreneur, a pro in this field, has been into a variety of realty deals. He has dealt with Industrial, Agricultural, Housing, Government projects and a plethora of other projects, whose value often has run into hundreds of Crores.
